I am getting disgusted with eating chicken. Any suggestions on other sources of lean protein? I have a bunch but want to know if anyone has ideas that I haven't thought of! Thanks

Sams Club eye of round steak buy it by the log and have them cut it. I got 14 or 15 steaks for 18.00. Also they have a great selection of individual wrapped fish for a good price.

Turkey ....

I know how you feel man gets tough

I try mixing it with steak, mince meat, salmon, canned tuna..

Steak i either have cooked wkth salt and pepeper or with terriaki sause (with noodles or rice)

Mince - add beans, Chili con carn herb mix and brown rice.. or eggs and mince for breakfast mixed.. or beef balls with brown pasta amd bbq sauce.. or mince and rice

Salmon and tuna.. just as is with any carb/veggies i have on hand

Yes but sometimes the side effects that go with that are not worth it. I.E. PMS,headaches constant bitching. Haha!!!
