Thread: Fast Food for BodyBuilders

Good article, it can be helpful when you are out and you cannot get anything else to eat but this. Fast food should be a treat, or a once in awhile thing. I think it is disgusting.Sometimes I have a taste for it, minutes after eating it I feel disgusted. The only thing I can eat from anywhere is a chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets and not feel so bad. Your better off stopping at a gas station and getting a protein bar which isn't healthy either, but its better than fast food. If you need a hot quick most of the time cheap meal and can't get one anywhere fast food is the thing to get.

I don't sweat this cos I'm a powerlifter trapped in a bodybuilders body, lol.
I eat good and clean but if I mess up from time to time I don't beat my self up over it!

You definitely look like a bodybuilder, thats a plus to be extremely strong and fit.
