I don't understand you guys. Just buy you a tub of vitargo!! Just take a look at the breakdown on the label.
This is as clean and convenient as it gets brothers.
Interesting. I'm gonna have to look into that stuff for my higher carb days.

I used to get it when it was $20 a tub. Now I use some one called Alpha Gainz. But yeah there's always carb supplements lol.

Agree. High molecular weight engineered carbs are great pre, intra and post workout. Can't beat the pump and vascularity, especially with the other supplements dialed in.

Were these studies you're referring to conducted on humans or animals?
I'm not saying you're wrong, just curious. I do like the human sample size of the study, though obviously without paying we're missing a lot of vital details. I just don't think that sugar is the devil that many make it out to be.

I posted those links based on your belief that fat is addictive and sugar is not.
Canned pineapple is worse for you than fresh pineapple because its packed in sugary syrup. You want to stay away from high gi carbs if you want to loose weight.
The only times I eat high gi carbs is with a post workout shake so the insulin ferries glycogen into my muscles.
