Not sure how you came to the conclusion that was my belief, it was simply a very recent human based study that I found interesting and posted a link to. I thought it was relevant due to some of the comments made, not necessarily by you. I said I don't think that sugar is quite the devil some make it out to be, but not that it's not addictive.
I tend to gravitate towards Dr. Norton when it comes diet these days. I don't plan on even trying to compete any time soon so I keep it simple. Everything in moderation, just trying to stay within my macro's and adjust those weekly based on weight. However, it's pretty amazing to watch the progress of both regular folks and pro's he trains eating the things that most around here would probably consider taboo, especially for a contest prep.
