Pic of a girl I helped with weight loss

She was 20 lbs heavier...she wouldn't let me me take a pic though so no before pics...but her stomach and hips were not so nice to look at.
She is 43 and a mom. She lost 20 by cutting out carbs,sugar, and increasing protein. She was resistant to eating more protein but 2 weeks in she was starving and suddenly she was open to it.
She tells me the increased protein made her feel less hungry and she saw the weight start sliding off.
I have been telling her about my experience with var n primo and hgh...she is considering 5mg of Var.
I may just have to get myself into being a PT !

Well she started asking for advice in January. I told her to see what happens when she cuts carbs and increase exercise...i think about 2 weeks later she told me she lost 6 or 7 lbs. So I figured water weight... then I really got het on a routine... So probly took about 5 months...which is petfect...not too fast of a weight drop.

Pretty basic stuff she just needed to be directed ...shes really determined with this

Oh yeah... She showed me a pic of het arms before having kids...they were muscular...wide shoulders...a real athletic frame... after having kids her arms are kinda typical female arms...i believe the hormonal changes she went through just changed it all on her.. but with var she could get that back..but that's her call.

She looks good! Yeah, I'm trying to get my wife motivated to exercise and eat right. After our 4th kid she's worn out. The hormone changes they go through is killer. I guess we can relate. Lol. I bought some var specifically for her. But I don't know if she's? going to want to try it. I'm going to wait until she stops Brest feeding our new born and then see if I can light that fire. Very good job bro. I'ts amazing what cutting carbs, discipline and determination could do. It works nicely for me too with low Carbs. But then again I use Tren always and Primo occasionally.

While brest feeding she is using more cals and hormones are optimal...adter she stops there is another hormone swing...this is a tricky place for the ladies cause they can have such a deep swing in their hormones the can get post partum depression.
Also it's easier to put on fat. So help her with her diet before she stops..

Yeah and you just have to give a chance to work...this girl didn't see the weight loss like others noticex...she didn't believe them at 1st..

I'm finding Primo to be short of remarkable! I am taking test primo var and hgh and my diet isn't as tight as I normally have it and I am seeing amazing results.
