Some people get a little bloated from milk and don't digest lactose well (Mild lactose intolerance) but you just gotta experiment and see man. Keep takin pictures of yourself and weighing yourself and see how u look. If you're getting soft, cut back on carbs. I don't think milk is the devil in anyway I don't like to demonize food groups at all
Bro...your cals are to high, and not the right foods in my opinion. You can get clean cals and still build size, but this is really about simple math. If your eating 4000 cals a day, you need to be really busting your ass in the gym! AND I MEAN BUSTING IT!! The AAS your on will keep you from going catabolic, and it's "chicken and rice motherfuckers!!!"
lean steak, tuna fish, sweet potatoes. And if you can't afford this lifestyle....well, I'm not sure you should be risking the potential sides from the drugs if you can't take advantage of them properly.

nah nah hard truth is good. to be honest im not even gaining fat on 4k calories or i woulda cut back awhile ago. i was thinking more along the lines of when im finally in single digit bodyfat percentage how much all that sugar would effect me if i was still at my caloric maintenance. but i get it, it wont do shit if im not in a surplus. and i could afford to eat sweet potatos and turkey and all of that but right now im on a bulk and if i can get my calories and macros in easily from this diet, make gains and not have to cook as much, then it cant make to much of a difference
Im simply going to say this.... food choices are soooo subjective! Chicken and rice may work for some while fucking burgers and fries will work for others! Comes down to many factors my friend... your work, childhood diet(so they say), intolerances, ect ect...i have tried bulking on an access of 5000 calories of clean food(yes i meticulously counted every fucking calorie) and the scale wouldnt budge at all! I said fuck it, eat like shit, gained good weight! Some years later, i have to alternate shake, whole food, shake, whole food ect ect to continue gaining! Your gut microbiome changes, age plays into digestion also! If milk sits well with your body then bu all means ride that bitch out, cause eventually, your body is gonna hate it and give the middle finger on it... good luck buddy! Keep experimenting with what works for u! Like others have said, take pictures and listen to your body real close for signs of poor digestion, nutrient absorbtion ect ect...
