Are you working out? How much sodium are you consuming? What type of drinks? How much water are you taking in daily? Also, how much sleep are you getting?
Are you carb cycling?

My doctor always prescribes lasix or some type of water shedding med when I get phentermine. So I think that phentermine does cause you to hold extra water weight.

Only if your not drinking enough water and consuming to much salts.
