Thread: Ah shoot! Feel like a rookie may have an infection!

I suppose if it gets real bad before you seek medical help yeah...
I just got back from the Dr. She was like " thatz really weird for b12 to do that....." lol! I think she knows... here's a guy with road maps all over his arms and my calves and I'm talking about b12 shots in my calf haha! She also said " bot that's a tough place for an injection...." I just told her that It's easier to do than the arm cause of the reach...and I also told het I have low b12 because I take heartburn meds...she seemed to believe it but whatever.
She pointed out that the shape is not a circle and it looks like it's spreading...with a trailer headed up and down the leg..so I'm on antibiotics now

Been pinning my calves for a long time. I always do them both at the same time, just splitting the dose. This last time out of no where my right calve did the same thing yours is. Left was fine. Everything super clean, I use separate needles and syringes for each one, but I thought I fucked up and got an infection. Lasted about a week and then everything was fine. Wifey got on my case about why the medical industry has approved injection sites, and that calves aren't one of them. Apparently it's pretty easy to give yourself a blood clot is one of the reasons to stay away from the calves. I haven't pinned them since.

Well the Dr said to use the antibiotic since the red area looked like it was traveling...one dose last night and I woke up with it looking considerably better...
Yeah if blood clots can be an issue i guess I may need to stop pinning there.
I have been using the VG site more and more so that's always a good place... so I can rotate between: VG , glutes and delts and quads...

Yeah anytime you have a hot red area and it starts to trail, its never a good sign. You did the right thing. My mothers cat bit her because she wanted to see if her cat had a tooth infection, my mothers hand blew up and she got the trail, needless to say, the cat had a tooth infection and subsequently, the cats teeth needed to be removed; mom went on antibiotics. Both the pussy and my mother are ok lmao

First cycle I ever did was test prop and pinned only calfs made me stay away from gear for a while never knew how much worse they were.

What'd she give you for antibiotics? I use to get some weird infection twice per year.
