I beg to differ on this advice. It's proven that you'd get much better results/fat loss through periodization. Also running backwards is a great way to help burn more fat and help build muscles not usually worked - which also helps to increase metabolism
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

I understand the caliper test and other test have you at ~20% bf but looking at your pics and the fact that you're 6ft2 and 315lbs you are a LOT higher than 20%bf. 30%+ would be more appropriate..!!! Those body fat tests you had done are not even close to being remotely accurate.. I'm the same height and weigh 242 (just dropped 10lbs using DNP) and am around 14% probably more like 15% but saying 14 makes me feel better....
I firmly believe you will get the best results from my suggested post above for nutrition/macros. Using other than 500mg/test/week which is just meant to keep your body in an anabolic state while you diet down is a waste of time and money. Wait until you lose 50-60lbs then hit a cycle hard
It's tough love and we all need it from time to time.
His BF is higher than 20%....I don't even do those tests - I just look in the mirror and that's all I need to see.
I'm still on a long road to losing more BF myself and I'd say I'm at least 20%...

I gave you the advice I would use to diet myself down, but this is what I would suggest for you. I suggest you go keto. Don't take this the wrong way brother but there are gaps in the meals and frequency or the intensity of your slip ups and cheats.
Keto is a very easy and simple to follow. And we are talking bodybuilder keto , high protein , moderate fat, zero protein not tid crazy redixulous high fat 70g protein business
Don't get caught up in your macros, BMR , etc
I suggest we start you at 300g of protein , split through six meals , cook your proteins with either coconut oil , Mac oil or olive oil , or the equivalent in nuts. This should bring you right around the 2200kcal mark .. lots of fibrous vegis

Ive read a lot about keto. Ive tried it before but it was short lived. Im more motovated now and I'm fine with trying it again. What carb number should I strive for? You think I should lower my calories to 2200?

So you don't think hgh, anavar, dnp, and cytomel will help me loose body fat?

Don't put too much faith in drugs. Have more faith in yourself and your diet - 75% of what we consume will dictate results. I've had a hard time learning this myself and still struggle as well brother. Funny you say Peanut butter and honey is your kryptonite cuz that is also mine! Mainly the Peanut butter...I usually just add 34 grams of it to 30 grams of 100% oats for a morning meal or pre-weight training meal.

I would forego everything except the T3. Run that at 50mcg ED. Depending on your natural levels - this might make you feel hungrier at first (you'll get used to it). Just make sure you're eating healthy (lean) protein filled meals in 2-3 hour intervals.
I'm not an expert on diet and nutrition - other guys here like joko and bulk_cut are more experienced. You need to find what works best for you though.

I don't have a problem cutting out the anavar but hgh has a shelf life once reconstituted so I'll finish that out.
So far the changes are:
Going almost no carb
Reducing k/cal to 2200 per day
Cutting out the anavar
Hgh in morning then fasted cardio
