Ya I'm going with chicken I cook in a rice cooker. It turns out fantastic and I can cook ton of chicken in about 4 hours. Rice, egg whites, oats and veggies. I also have some farm fresh hamburger that is so lean you have to add olive oil when cooking or it will burn and stick to the pan. I'm not looking for a ton of variety or flavor I'm looking for abs lol. Thanks for all the help guys. I'll keep posting progress pics in my "abs or die" thread
