White rice bloats me and my wife will not use it in any recipes. Brown rice doesn't bloat me as much as white. Jasmine has a lesser affect on me than brown. But I don't eat rice unless I cheat and have sushi. It I normally eat sashimi

Wild rice is yummy! Metabolic responses are similar to brown as it also has some dietary fiber. I am a big fan of wild rice!

I eat only white rice, have not tried jasmine rice but will have to give it a shot. Brown rice is ok, but I'm not all that crazy about the taste and it takes longer to cook.

OK, you guys have convinced me to try jasmine rice. Next grocery store or Wally World expedition, I'm going to pick some up.
