So here is a breakdown of what I eat in a day
Breakfast- I'll have greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of protein and a quarter of a cup of raw oatmeal.

1030- ill have a protein bar

1200- ill have a chicken breast about 12 ounces and a cup of broccoli or if its an early day preworkout ill do a cup of rice

230- ill have a protein shake

And then at 5pm- ill have my dinner which is normally chicken and rice with some low sodium soy sauce.

I've been on for a week and just want to make sure in on the right track to being ripped
