Thread: I am not steak

I like many others know how to lose weight, but struggle with it. I am currently on a very clean diet and one great trick I found is going to bed hungry, which produces a flat stomach. Yes, I know its not the best for my metabolism, but I have seen good results from doing this. Last night I was very very hungry. I could barly fall asleep I was so hungry! Well at about 3 am I was asleep and was dreaming about eating a steak. I remember puting a chunk of the steak in the right side of my mouth and tasteing those delicious steak jucies. So I bit in to that bad boy with all my might.....I woke up in intense pain and realized I had just bit a massive gash in side my cheek. Hurts like a bitch, but that was some good steak ha ha

Haha sounds like me I eat like its the last meal i'll ever have.
