      Screw You Chicken and Beef!

So, I moved to ground turkey... awhile back
      No gastrointestinal problems whatsoever.
Decided to try beef and chicken again. FML

Day 2 of chicken and beef...
I am super bloated, farting non stop.
I think I have to poop, sit on toilet, nope, just air.
The air dried my poop and caused constipation.
Once I passed the plug, straight up liquid.
Peeing out of my ass bro.

Now I have about 7 chicken breast I have to give
away, and I will tolerate the last strips of flank steak
because the shit is so good.

Anyone else have a problem with chicken and beef?
Chicken is the main culprit...beef a little.

Ground turkey is where it's at.

Dude I’ve had deadly farts for the last 10 years from tuna, eggs, chicken, the whole deal.

Idk how my wife deals with it honestly, I gross myself out

Since I started buying my chicken, beef and eggs from local ranchers who only grass feed/vegetarian no gmo feed, I have had zero issues in my digestive track... every Saturday is cheat day and I overload my system with sugar, carbs and anything and everything to be honest... I pay the penalty for a day or two after that but then I’m whole again until cheat day.... it also serves as my reminder of I eat clean not only because of my lifestyle choice, but for the benefits of my insides as well lol

Not sure how accessible local ranches are to you, but if you can get to them it’s well worth the purchase of another deep freezer and to buy off them... I buy the 1/4 cow option for $400 which comes in variety, you just pay the butcher $60. This feeds me and my girl for up to 6 months... cooking chickens are $5-$8 a whole chicken and the eggs are $2 a dozen.. but the yolks are a golden, deep orange and delicious...

But it’s all in the feed... If they’re feeding the animals garbage, that gets passed right onto you...

I was surprised to see Costco is now selling Wilcox organic farm eggs. These are non-gmo project verified eggs and are surprisingly comparable. So if you don’t have ranches, these are a way to go too.

I have a ton of gas if I eat ground turkey. A little gas with chicken. Usually get the Hershey squirts with beef. I tolerate fish very well - no issues. I drink more diet cherry Pepsi than I probably should and THAT definitely bloats my gut. Sometimes I just get sick of water tho.

Not sure if there’s much truth to it, but someone I believe posted something a while back about certain blood types tolerate or breakdown and metabolize certain foods better than others.

For instance, I’m A+ blood type and according to this science/theory I should be eating organic/vegan/nuts/oats because my blood type works best with those types of foods...which kinda makes sense when I think about the types of foods that don’t upset my stomach...

Problem I run into with ground turkey is the tryptophan making me so tired when I’m at work.

Trying to get a low fat, higher carb, high protein meal in is imperative for me on slin. Chicken and rice are disgusting to me at yhis point but I shovel away. I eat like a dog but without enjoyment. Cutting is a sinch for me and so is recomping. Bulkining is hard for me but I manage. I love cows but can't. Fish totally wrecks my stomach usually. Most of my fat comes from milk which I love.

I feel your pain on the gas. I have a gluten intolerance that really sucks. You should see what happens when I eat pasta.... Its not human the frequency and volume of my gas. I literally sleep alone if I eat pasta or a lot of bread/wheat.

I’ve always had large, healthy farts....it’s a sign of a healthy colon don’t cha know.
I also enjoy letting em’ rip......you just have to make sure you get just the right amount of fiber, or you will betray yourself!!

Honestly, I believe CM nailed this. I don't believe it is the type of protein that causes the problem it is the source of the protein. The closer you eat to how God gave it to us the better. Modified foods, commercial farm-raised foods, nutrient-added and pesticide sprayed food is going to kill you faster than anything. Keep it clean and keep it natural.
