      Abs become visible about 12%...what time of the day are your pics from and are you eating carbs?
      I would say if you want to see how much carbs are warping the visual try going low carb and eat some asparagus 2 times a day (natural diuretic) and see if that changes your look alot.

      222 g protein
      159 g carbs
      90 g fats
      2334 calories.

      Man Anzel, I was thinking closer to around 18-20%
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.
