Need help with diet please
So here is a breakdown of what I eat in a day
Breakfast- I'll have greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of protein and a quarter of a cup of raw oatmeal.
1030- ill have a protein bar
1200- ill have a chicken breast about 12 ounces and a cup of broccoli or if its an early day preworkout ill do a cup of rice
230- ill have a protein shake
And then at 5pm- ill have my dinner which is normally chicken and rice with some low sodium soy sauce.
I've been on for a week and just want to make sure in on the right track to being ripped

Need a lot more info than this but to make it simple... you need to burn more calories than your are consuming. This is very vague I know but its the premise for losing/cutting. Figure your total caloric needs for maintenance and then drop that by 500 cal. You should log your food on MFP to help your accuracy. Weigh and measure foods. Most if not all protein bars are garbage.

Learn your body as best you can. See how it responds to the deficit and adjust accordingly. Keep your carb intake based around your workout hours. Slow digesting carbs 1.5 - 1 hour before. Quick digesting carbs during or after workout. Meats and veggies only on non training days.

Get rid of protein bar use only isolate protein powder ,egg whites instead of Greek yogurt,12oz a lot of chicken 8 oz tops that is if you trying to get cut also need good fats in diet,avacado 1oz with bfast ,1 1/2 tblsp peanut butter with 2nd meal ISO shake,1/3 c almonds with lunch,add egg whites as 6 th meal kinda basic with info u provided ,good luck!!!

Terrible diet brother. We can help you but need to know your stats and goals for a base to work off champion.

Okay, I think No problem at all. Just add Green Tea twice a day (Morning and after Dinner) with these.
