Well only being here for well less than 24 hours this is the first thread I have read. All I can say is great post. I am 37 years old and even though I have not had these conditions I can relate given my age and in the past reckless laziness and eating habits. I will take from this thread numerous points made and encouragement to be my best in this show that we call life. And on this new day in a new year this thread has set off a many thoughts of how I can do better at being the best I can be.
