      There is a time and place for everything in this hobby/sport, i agree with Joko, purposeful and planned cheat meals are great for filling out, revving metabolism, and just enjoying life! Of course, JD is right lol, abuse it and you'll be kicking your own ass!

      What about macro diet hard core. It does not bother me to have a cheat or not and so far I stay plenty full and not flat so I think I’m good without it. But what do you guys think about fasting on off days or intermittent fasting every day?

      this is only my opinion from experiences i've seen... Intermittent fasting doesnt really work well for most people... u could get lean with it but u wont be putting on any size from it... maybe maintain a certain degree of muscular at best... fasting in itself has proven to be beneficial, some religions actually practise it quite regularly... but its not like a 24hrs fast every sunday like u might think, its something like 18hrs of fasting once a month or so.... again, i'm not 100% on this, only giving my personal experiences i have seen from people i know or from myself...
