      Macro diets advice

Just wondering if a cheat day and or fasting day will help hurt or be indifferent. Or will staying solid on the macro diet be better. I’m currently running 2332 calories per day at 100g fat 100g carbs and around 250g protein

      Macro diets advice

I'd say fast on your off days, cheat day 1 a week on a heavy day. Ur nutrition should reflect the muscle group and effort you work that day.

obviously no cheat days will always benefit you. one cheat day per week will not hurt you and end up benefiting the mind this is why they are encouraged. but if your looking to go hardcore, like i said no cheating is good cheating.

And don't forget everyone is different and a little experimentation will reveal the answers you look for.
You may like how you look/feel doing a fast whereas another guy may look too flat and feel horrible. Long term results will vary greatly from person to person.

Please don't take this as disrespect brother but cheat meals at your percent body fat is not helping accelerate fat loss.

Edit : I just noticed you said cheat day not meal lol no that won't help you

I agree with Joko. Lock it down for now, lose some more and earn a cheat meal... not cheat day

A cheat meal is good for a mental break a refeed day is a purposeful meal used to rev up your metabolism. But if your chest meal once a week saves you from a big binge that's useful as well.
