      My bulking diet

      What's up guys, just wanted to share my current diet. It's a clean bulk, and I just wanted to see what some of you think. I won't post meal by meal but it's 6 meals a day. My macros are 250g of protein, 825g of carbs, 96g of fat for a total of around 6455 calories a day. This is written out by a trainer I hired and it is ALL clean food. Only dirty thing is post workout where I take in some fast acting carbs like gummy bears.

      My staples are chicken, rice, pasta, cashews, cheese. Lots of food but I love it.

      Excellent! I aim for a gallon a day. Sometimes I struggle with it though. Summertime is easier for me to drink that much, since I work in a factory. And one cheat meal a week so I don't lose my mind with eating clean, which us usually some pizza.

      I have a super amino tablet I take with each meal to help with digestion too. I get leaner with the more I eat. I think that's odd.

      I would say a gallon would be the minimum. Drinking that much water is like anything else bro, it takes some practice.
      And it sounds like you’re blessed with a great metabolism. Eating more food and getting leaner is what you want, as long as you are adding muscle mass. Consider it a blessing.

      Oh I do consider it a blessing. Took many years to realize it was, it always felt like a burden with how much I have to eat. But the more I eat the more my veins pop out especially from high carbs. Nothing like it. And I'm hoping to pass a gallon a day soon, I'll start with a gallon and a half. I'm just looking to make nice lean gains in muscle and be cut year round. I stay around 6-8 percent usually. It's a journey.
