What's up guys, just wanted to share my current diet. It's a clean bulk, and I just wanted to see what some of you think. I won't post meal by meal but it's 6 meals a day. My macros are 250g of protein, 825g of carbs, 96g of fat for a total of around 6455 calories a day. This is written out by a trainer I hired and it is ALL clean food. Only dirty thing is post workout where I take in some fast acting carbs like gummy bears.

My staples are chicken, rice, pasta, cashews, cheese. Lots of food but I love it.
