I’ve become a big fan of The Rhino. I’m working my way through all the videos he has on YouTube and second tier videos where he has given interviews to other YouTubers.

I’m particularly interested in his ideas about diet and nutrition. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find anything written down anywhere that collects all the interesting things I’ve heard him talk about into a coherent plan. Do any of you guys know of something I’ve missed?

I wouldn’t mind hiring him to do a little online training just to get written meal plans/principles and training schedules, but the lowest cost option is $500 for one month of unlimited email consultation with, I assume, his “team”.

So for now, not a top priority.
