Stan Efferding
I’ve become a big fan of The Rhino. I’m working my way through all the videos he has on YouTube and second tier videos where he has given interviews to other YouTubers.
I’m particularly interested in his ideas about diet and nutrition. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find anything written down anywhere that collects all the interesting things I’ve heard him talk about into a coherent plan. Do any of you guys know of something I’ve missed?
I wouldn’t mind hiring him to do a little online training just to get written meal plans/principles and training schedules, but the lowest cost option is $500 for one month of unlimited email consultation with, I assume, his “team”.
So for now, not a top priority.

Been a fan of the Rhino for a while now. He’s highly intelligent and makes sense when he speaks. Also he keeps it real with no gimmicks. He mentioned his diet when Flex Wheeler was prepping him for a show. Pretty much steak and jasmine rice with chicken post workout. I forgot which video that was. If I find it again I’ll post it for you

Ya that’s one of the later rhino rants. Forget which one though.
He’s definitely a good example of someone who became pro because of his knowledge rather than genetics

Very true. Not the best genetics but used his knowledge to make one hell of a physique. His back is insane

He’s a good example too of how strength does not equal growth. His legs were his weak point and he could squat like 1,000 pounds lol.
I believe he said when he trained with flex he was more focused on his reps and pace of the workout rather than weight

Very true man. Strength does not translate into growth on a massive scale. I’ve seen tons of guys who are strong as hell for powerlifting but aren’t that big muscle mass wise
