      miscalculated! How would you come to 1150 g of. carbs with one apple, orange and two pieces of bread? What are your stats? 280 with 6% bodyfat? Working out two times a day plus cardio? Maybe then the carbs would be ok. But then protein is way to low and a low fat diet ist out of style today.

      I think his counting how much the "whole" piece of food weighs and thinking thats how many carbs his getting. His not breaking it down into macro's ...... oh boy face palm

      I just did a post dnp carb load 10grams per kilo of bodyweight which worked out to over a kilo of carbs. I was pretty much eating non stop all day . Main meals every 2 hours with a carb meal in between each meal. Let me tell you how this guy came up with a 1000 grams of carbs from what he says is what i said his doing. Its the only way

      I dont know why i had to raise my carbs very high, i train low volume and certain days i feel depleted completely no pump etc but yeah 2 pieces of bread and a banana or 3 i eat between meals

      Theres much better choices of carbs.... bread i wouldnt even consider nor count. Only time i eat that is if i sneak in a burger. No wonder why you get the "my grar is bunk" fairytails. 95% of guys just dont know how to eat. And the way they train hurts my skull thinking about it. Ffs its not complicated. Steak.eggs.fish.chicken.mince.rice.oats.white potato.sweet potato etc are base fibre's green veg . Healthy fats. Learn to love it

      Your protein sources for the most part really aren't that great deli meats , shakes , there's barely any legitimate meat , chicken , turkey

      Cottage cheese in the middle of your day is gonna sit in your stomach like a brick

      There's no way you need 6k calories to grow unless you're a 250+ monster
