Heres an example of good quality protein sources i bought thismorning. Not to menchine my eggs and mince. This will last me 3 days.

I use oats rice riced veggies but mainly oats..deli meats are no good i worked in deli sodium intake through the roof..

Try a little insulin and watch yourself stomach easy 5-6k if calories a day without trying lol
It definitely puts size on without any effort.

IMO although this plan would work for most there is a lot left to be desired. Not to mention the math is off on the macro calculations. Fish and chicken have different macros ounce for ounce. This meal plan is closer to 385gr of protein if you eat fish (that's not slamon) and 410 if you eat chicken. Total calories of this plan is 6350 on fish and 7500 on chicken. Carbs are about 400. The fat on this plan is way off too. Fat on fish is 160 and fat on chicken is 225.
If you want to be consistent and know how to modify meal plans to get better and more efficient results you have to be more precise with your calculations. Not all carbs, fats, or sources of protein can be grouped together and assigned a number.
Personally I would add more vegetables and get rid of the protein powder and deli meat. Why eat all that protein powder instead of just eating actual food. Throwing down 500 grams of protein in one meal when the other 4 meals are under 100 doesn't make much sense to me either. I would redistribute the protein more evenly. Pasta/oatmeal/Rice would all be better choices instead of bread

I do pwo mainly it helps tremendously with pump. Havent tried through the day, not a big fan of the whole dextrose use, i just carb up through the day and before...maybe bring a gatorade in the gym just in case..you use during day also?

I do preworkout as well about 8iu and combine it with 4iu of HGH.
I never use sugar as carbs, which means no gatorade or dextrose.
Rather I use Vitargo which contains no sugar and has grape and orange flavours... So it doesn't taste like your drinking clag glue lol
I find I only need to drink carbs only during training, I take note to eat throughout the day and eat plenty of carbs.
Generally on an insulin cycle I gain about 1kg per week and I cycle it one month on and one month off to keep my resistance down.
