I would get rid of the Apple what a waste of space. Seems like too many protein shakes and not enough food. And I would ditch the lunch meat and substitute that with real meat.

Also as a side note if anybody's having trouble getting down a large calorie diet you might want to take in consideration getting rid of all gluten. That's going to cut down on a lot of bloat. And you're going to feel hungry sooner. People sometimes don't understand that you do not have to be gluten intolerant to feel the effects of cutting gluten out of your diet. Also I like to cut out most Dairy and cheese I'm a big milk drinker but I like to cut it down and try to get my protein from other sources

Sound advice! I’m not gluten intolerant either but noticed I was bloating and getting crazy gas (nobody in my family wanted to be around me lol). At first I was blaming the broccoli. Cut out gluten and the issue cleared up fast

Thanks for sharing - is there a second page - I added those items up in my macronutrients calc and I am coming up way short in carbs and calories. For calories i am coming up with < 3500 calories - and for carbs under 250 g of carbs. =

That’s a great point too!
So we all know bread isn’t the best source for carbs. I’m curious if you have to have bread what’s your go to? We all know Ezekiel. We have brand here I prefer called Killer Dave’s
