always wonder why peeps do the egg white thing...whole eggs aren't going to make u fat or raise your cholesterol altho these are mainstream beliefs (myths)
.... maybe its for another reason ? I down 4-6+ eggs daily, never raised my cholesterol, per bloods.... legit research will tell u the same thing

agree with Primemuscles posts, way low in healthy fats (which do not make u fat) and way too much carbs <in general, that's one reason this country is FAT....too many carbs/sugars
