In my opinion that’s way too low of fat. I do that many grams when I’m 2-3 weeks out from a show. Not trying to bulk. The carbs are way too high. And the protein is mediocre. From my experience and knowledge that’s a great way to obtain a lot of fat and not much muscle. The macro distribution is just too off with way too heavy of a emphasis on carbs

The carbs are ridiculous! It’s a shit ton of bread for sure! How much more protein do you go? I start having issues with my kidneys when I get over 300 grams/day

Well that is a factor dependent upon the individual and how they respond to the intake of protein. I currently ingest 350g per day which is right around 1.5g per 1lb body weight

But if you kept protein where it’s at due to how your body respond, drop the carbs to say 600-700g and make the rest up with fat that’d be pretty legit for a simple plan.

And for carb sources I like jasmine rice or cream of rice when my carbs are high because it’s easier to digest and won’t have you feeling so bloated

Jasmine is my go to for carbs! I love it! Saw on another thread someone using grits in the AM. I’m going to give that a try too

I personally like: avocados, peanut or almond butter, coconut oil, macadamia nut oil, almonds, walnuts, guacamole
