As the title says, what are your favorite cheat meals or foods
Mine happens to be cereal
I like a big Walmart sized bag of chex mix muddy buddies and a half gallon of fair life super milk skim
Or a few pounds if chocolate covered pretzels

Lately for me it’s pancakes. Giant stack of good buttermilk pancakes!

I been on them too.. but.
Powder up some oats (blender or coffee grinder)
Once powdered
For 100 gram of oats use about a 30g scoop if whey protein (I use unflavored impact whey)
Mix that up real good. Now you got a nice pancake flour.
For 60g of the above mix, use 1 whole egg and 2 whites. Add a 1/4 cup milk or any liquid, water, coffee etc
Now it's pancake batter.
Cook and eat

When I'm serious bout 1x a month.
If just floating around no goal in mind 1x week

I like to put a teaspoon of butter in my rice and chicken...
I know!!! I am a dirty boy like that!!!
One of my favorites is to go to wendy and get a triple and a double with large fries. Its the only fast food I can eat that doesn't tear me up inside.
Other than that I have refined taste. I like to go to ritzy places and eat seered tuna steak and oysters. My favorite thing is five star restaraunts. My redneck ass even went through a wine tasting phaze. If it requires reservations and a suit... I am in. Just a wannabe rich guy I guess. Something about nice clothes a nice clean car and dinner reservations makes me feel alive. I need a custom tux now and I would be a broke meal cheating SOB.
Sonic's cheddar bites are pretty damn good.
My cheat frequency depends on work. If I have had a hard week I can eat anything and won't suffer fat.
My metabolism is incredible though. I could eat lard and sugar from a tub for a month and wouldn't get honestly fat. Hell I dirty bulked for 6 months eating any and all things and upped my bf % maybe 3%. Lucky I guess.
