      Egg whites all day all week!

      Ok I need to make some diet changes, mainly get rid of some bad habits that are emerging.the plan is to eat 12 egg whites mixed with onions,spinach and mushrooms with some salsa on top 6 to 8 times a day for a week.
      Meal 1 will contain 2 slices of ezieckiel bread with coconut oil (1tbl)

      Work out

      Meal 2 with a half a cup of oats

      Meal 3 just the eggs with veggies

      Meal 4 eggs with veggies and 2 yolks

      Meal 5 just eggs with veggies

      Meal 6 eggs with veggies half an avocado

      We shall see if I need additional meals.

      After a week I will begin swapping out the last meal of the day with chicken legs/thighs or salmon and of course good ole veggies like broccoli and such.

      The reason is .....i am slipping on my diet plan and I need to shake it up.

      I foresee I will slowly,week by week swap out the eggs for basic meals we traditionally eat.
      I know I feel really good after eating eggs and less bloated.

      Let's see how it goes

      bro a couple of egg white ommlettes a day are awesome. 6 egg whites + 2 whole eggs, onion, mushroom, capsicum, garlic, chilli and whatever other spices you like. i usually have 2 of these a day. enjoy your diet this week haha

      eventually, the eggs are gonna cause some gastric disruption(been there done that) variety is the spice of life! If we were back in our 20s we could eat fucking nails every day all day but us older guys gotta be more resilient with food choices...       My appetite would drop if I knew I had to eat that many eggs every day. Eggs only have 6 g of protein and just the whites about 3. So for all those eggs you are only getting 36 g of protein. Vary your protein bro. I would add some yokes.

      This is only for 1 week. Then I will swap out a meal with chicken or salmon. Slowly add in other veggies.
      Again this is only a week. For the purpose of just resting my diet. I am not happy with how I have been eating lately. I have to do something extreme in order to reset my mindset and get back on track.
      I will be eating whole eggs...
      Carbs week one from ezieckiel bread and a small amount of oats.
      Spinach onions and mushrooms for additional macronutrients.

      Egg farts rule!
