Antioxidant Chart – Fruits And Vegetables
Antioxidants protect the body’s cells against oxidants. These can damage the cell’s surface, alter its DNA or completely kill the cell. Oxidants cause oxidative stress if the body does not have time to take care of them. It can lead to diseases. A diet naturally rich in antioxidants helps protect the body.

I took a lot of time going over studies on nutrition and it appears (and if you tune in and listen to many experts) that eating healthy food doesnt really matter if you are following other bad habits. Lets say you drink coffee, get stressed out alot, poor sleep , eat sugar and basically eat or drink anything that produces inflammation , you create a bad enviroment where anti oxidants really cant work.
