I have a Calorie Window of 4 hours
Looks like this
15iu Humalog followed by 60 grams of carbs from rice with salt along with 60 gram protein hydroxalate. Get to gym, run a mile then lift while sipping on BCAAs, dextrose, creatine. At completion of exercise, will down another 60 gram protein hydroxalate shake. 30 min later I eat my last meal which contains 1 carton eggs beaters, 1lb chicken tenderloins, 1lb lean steak, half cup dry rice(cooked). I'll take orlistat with my meal to limit the fat consumption. As far as ECA to Clen, I'll switch every week. Also I'll do 100mg of tren A EOD. No test. The T3 I'll start at 25, then dose according to whether weight loss is stalling. So far lots of fats loss, steady increase in lifts.
