So currently I’m blasting - pretty hard as well I’d say
700 rip stack per week
350 primo E
100 mg winny (was in 100mg Var also but ran out so I’m waiting to re-up)
10 IU GH ED
My workouts are fuckin sick and I’ve leaned out and shaped myself nicely so far - def happy with results and it’s about 1/2 way through my cycle
The thing I get stuck on every time is diet
My diet is like 85-90% clean
The other 10% gets attacked by sugary sodas and fuckin candy bars and fast food 1x per week
I’m looking to really become a Nazi w dieting for the next like 40 days
I go to Mexico mid June and wanna look amazing while there
I attached a pic
- it’s mainly the belly fat lower abdomen area
I was thinking 2 things to help with this
1) no bullshit dieting - 100% all in and carb deficit 2) start going to gym 2x a day
Morning - weight training
Evening - 45 min cardio with a hoody on or some other similar type of sweat Creator
I’m open bc I learn a lot here and get great advice

I also smoke some herb too to relax me - which doesn’t help w my appetite bc when I get a little toasted I just wanna eat shit only
I have a fridge full of chicken fish and veggies but once I’m a little light — I want chips cookies and soda - fuckin rough but I been conscious of it and haven’t been giving in
I usually make myself a healthy meal prior to engaging so I have food for the aftermath lol

We sound a lot a like. My suggestion and what's been working for me is my form of carb cycling. During the week I go almost carb free. I wouldn't be as concerned with the grape juice as I am an ocean spray cranberry junkie. It's all about the bread and pasta, and also like you I use weed for recovery and relaxation. You need to have a healthy meal ready to go for those situations. Here's a look of my daily diet.
Wake up: coffee, whole fat Greek yogurt with granola, blueberries, oats
Post workout: protein shake with kale, avocado and fruit. I buy the shake fruit pre-portioned.
Lunch: grilled chicken salad
Afternoon: straight up protein shake
Dinner: grilled chicken salad
Snack before bed: one rice cake with peanut butter
I do this Monday-Friday. Sat/sun I eat a few things I like by Sunday afternoon I'm fasting for Monday. Before and After

Have you tracked your macros? If so what are they? If not you need to start. I’m on a high protein, low fat and mild carb or low carb to some.
235 grams protein
30 grams fat
140 grams of carbs.
I’m 6’2” and right now at 193.5 lbs
Card cycling works very well. 30 grams or under during the day. Do a seven to 10 day depletion after that keep those 30 grams during the day and after work out eat your carbs to refuel. Lots of ways to skin the cat just find the one that works for you. We are all different in how we lose fat.

I am gonna start logging macros. I’ve done it before but got away from it and it’s crazy how you lose focus (or well I do)
