      Exclamation Anybody got a few minutes to help with setting up my diet?

      Ill be the first to say the diet part is the worst for me to follow, but Im going to hop right back on the short bus and give it a try.

      I need to know how much protein, fat, carbs etc. Ill get my measurements, they look a little scary right now.....

      And my workout routine.

      Any takers?

      I can help, if I was you I don't think you need to be so accurate, what you need is to realize most people are different, and what works for someone else might not work for you. So you need to learn to feel your body out. I can help you with a eating habits type of plan. I can also give you types and pointers that you can follow. You need to listen to your body and figure out what is going to work best for you to get the most out of eating healthy and training hard.
