Anyone try this yet?
I’m not on Paleo, but this mix is the bomb IF you water it down a bit more than is suggested... if you have some coconut syrup to put on them, you’ll be in 7th heaven for sure.. I love the kodiak as well though.. but this is my current Saturday morning eats and I’m quite loving it!
This is at Costco, next to the kodiak pancake mix ;0)

If you like granola, I am addicted to this stuff, I use it on my meal 2 Greek yogurt. Tastes good all by itself... but it’s better than traditional granola IMO and tastes yummy! Another Costco buy lol...

Just make sure to water down the batter more than the suggested amount... it makes the difference between a light and fluffy or a dense kind of blah texture pancake ;0) I’m glad I figured it out before I dismissed them all together... because now it’s a weekend tradition lol ... lmao be these! And coconut syrup is easy to make. Even though it’s horrible for you lol...

On the peanut butter crunch and dark chocolate kind I put about 3 tablespoons of peanut butter on them when they are hot and let it melt so it spreads easily then add the syrup. That stuff will make you change religion its so damn good.
