      Easy carbs and protien diets

      Hey dudes. Just wanted to see others opinions on what goes well with yals digestion when it comes to trying to cram in alot of carbs and protien in a day... I found to love cream of wheat and chickn and eggs.. But oatmeal fuckn bloats me and cream of wheat i can eat like 150 grams each meal every 2 hrs and never get that bloat.. Wut bout yal

      And im doin this becuz i just now after 2 yrs startd payn attention to wut actually goes with my digestion other than just fukn doin wut the mags and google diets tell me that works for others. Were all dif and if ur a newby pay attention... No need to follow the crowd when it wont settle with u. Get the most outa ur macros and make it count

      Protein I eat a lot Greek yogurt. Triple zero Oikos 0 sat fat and 15 G protein per cup. I eat three a day along with the usual meats turkey, chicken, some red beef and pork. As far as carbs I eat raw oatmeal which I think helps to stay away from the bloating lol. I only eat it out of the packet bc i work all day so I gotta eat stuff that is easy on the go.

      For proteins: chicken, eggs, whey isolate protein, the occasional lean red meat

      For carbs: jasmine rice, cream of rice, rice cakes, cereal & sweet potato

      I hear ya dude.. I work 10s and movn all day carryn and weldn pipe.. 10 min breaks 2 of them and a 15 min lunch. So everything is cold and easy.. Crazy how everyone dif but that shows it right there cuz oatmeal helps u not to be. If i eat a bowl at 6 am il be fukn stomach tight and full till bout 1pm.. Expecially if i try thrown brown rice on top of it.... Fuck that

      I tried an elimination diet. Eliminate legumes, dairy, nuts, caffeine, grains, alcohol ( I don’t drink anyways). Then add them back in after six weeks. I can do oatmeal and white rice. Cheese and dairy are painful for bloating. Whey is alright casein not so much. Beans cause bloating. Caffeine is cool. This is all personal so you have to try it on your own.
