What's on your list when shopping for food?

I usually buy

- yoghurt
- cottage cheese
- cheddar cheese
- mackerel
- veggies
- kiwi fruits (high in C vitamin)
- peanut butter (my weakness)
- bread (only once in a while)
- rice cakes
- nuts
- water
- diet coke
- diet sprite

Not so long ago a guy said that I had nothing here that wasn't healthy
