Thread: Restaurants with Calorie Counts

Great news for those of us who travel for a living. It’s been years in the making but May 7, 2018 was the deadline for chain restaurants with 20 or more locations to display calorie counts on the menus. Now, I realize it’s more than the numbers itself when it comes to planning macros but we can’t grill a steak in the airports so we have to do our best with what we have.

Just a little FYI for BOP brothers and sisters with careers that require airports and highways. May the gains be in your favor! ML&R

Food and i think alcoholic bevies too

Well I know that here are times when my wife and I are like, wtf do they have that they haven’t added extra stuff to the recipe to add a huge amount of unnecessary calories to it. My wife does the fit thing on her phone. So she’s counting calories and knows her macros. So this way we know how close we could be to our numbers

I do the same... if and when i drink when im out.. vodka, water, splenda lemon lol
