      How are your carbs so high? I eat 65g of fat and my carbs are at, like, 49g.

      Something isn't adding up.

      Hmmm I thought I posted this yesterday.

      Your cals are too high. Go to a BMI calculator and see what your maintence cals should be, I'm guessing around 2100 day. To loose weight you either need to reduce cals or burn more cals. Macros mean very little when you're at that much of a surplus. Track your meals with something like myfitnesspal.com or similiar.

      so... here's the best 'diet advice' i csn give you wiyhout 'working ' with you one on one...
      Do tourself a favor and fuck all whatever got Mr. So and So ripped/shredded/or massive! It prolly wont work for you... diet is so individual bud, so here's what you CAN do..
      fuck Myfitnesspal or whatever else app..
      get a composition journal like from school... write every single little thing down you eat along with their Macros..
      fuck calories, they dont mean shit in the grand scheme of things...
      pay attention to the ingredients of items you consume more so than specific macronutrients, but make sure to record them.
      Track in yoir journal how you feel at the end of the night and first thing in the morning..
      adjust macros as desired for YOUR body!
      Where do you start? Start right here and now! And adjust from this point on!
      Remember, you'd only be cheating yourself if you don't record something you ate in your journal..
      give it a month, record your weight

      Why fuck myfitnesspal. It does all the math for you? Im not gonna sit there think.. hmm what is exactly 17g of peanutbutter?

      Thats why i like myfitnesspal. I can narrow down on the exact gram of food. Everything is accounted for and, i litterally do not have to think about squat, just make sure everything is balanced.
