im a solid week into this new way of eating i am using the app and adjust my macros according to how the day is going so far im keeping carbs low and fats higher i feel less bloated way less so my targets are
157g protien 100g fat 60g carbs or lower trying for 50g or less and trying keto. it really has opened my eyes how i was way off even tho i thought i was eating clean. have also stopped all shakes and adding in whole foods instead.
