The Keto diet works good with carbs around 30 to 50 grams daily? Look at keeping stress down as it cause cortisol and that helps keep fat around the midsection. Stress can be from working out to much with to low of calories. Protien is good for fat reduction and building muscle. If you give your diet and workout there’s a lot of great guys on here that can help you dial it in. Good luck brother

Try fasted cardio or do your cardio after weight training

2800 seems high to me if your trying to cut. I keep about a 500 deficit when I have quite a bit to lose then I dial it up toward the end. I also eat less carbs on days I’m not strength training.
Cardio after lifting is my go to. Never before.

for faster cardio I would have to work out as soon as I wake up. I have been following the same eating and workouts as my boss at work he looks great I look like shit. I have a desk job so I am seated most of the day I get up a lot because it drives me nuts sitting so much

AB.. you should look into intermittent fasting. At least the days you are at work. On the weekend, go back to normal diet. It will help you shred down.

Especially because during the week you are sedentary. I worked a job similar and struggled for years and years with cutting. I was doing 12 hour shifts sitting. Once I went to IF I started to see changes. It changed my body.

If you don't know do some research on it. Leangains. com or even YouTube new comer Thomas Delaure(sp) He sure did change his body.

      Good luck brother.
