I知 9 weeks from my first classic physique show... today after I did fasted cardio something over came me and I drove into the Bojangles drive thru and just ate like fuck.. with no remorse at the moment.
All day I have felt like Shit, drinking tons of water to Flush out the sodium and I知 going to the gym later for cardio... any advice or tips?? I feel like a pile of shit.
