Yeah i did that.....TWICE! Im good being single for now lol.

I always found meal prep disgusting. Leftovers in general. I like my food hot and fresh, or I'll just eat the ingrediants. Once cooked the food is on a timer. Only thing I'll eat is day old rice. Even on the second day it starts to get all damp and soggy. And gets this off flavor. The longest meal I cook is about 45 min total. You should be able to find 20-45 min. Also I don't trust the microwave oven. And if I'm using the regular oven/toaster oven anyway might as well take the extra 10 minutes and cook something.

Agreed. Im a hard gainer though so if i miss a meal in screwed. Gotta have it all planned out and ready to go or i don't get the necessary macros.

I pull my beat up microwave out of the back of my work van and find an outlet in a electrical room and im good to go.
