Hello, was wondering if anyone here has done the ketogenic diet before and could provide some links to some easy meal preps I can do.
I'm currently at a spot lacking an oven. I have a crock pot, rice cooker, pressure cooker, and electric skillet.

I did it for about 8 months. lost alot of weight although im sure some was muscle loss. There are literally thousands of blogs, websites, etc that have all kinds of recipes. I would just do a quick google search, crockpot keto recipes, etc.

I even started a file on my home pc with all the recipes i had. Loved plank grilled salmon with dill on a charcoal grill.

Try reddit r/keto or r/ketogains.

Honestly, I didn't try this one yet. But if it is good I will give a try for sure. In the meantime I found something and willing to learn from the phentermine guide. Let see how does this help me to recover my weight.

bacon and butter has pressure good recipes use pressure cooker for oven recipes should work
also look up keto recipe crack chicken i like it its a pressure cooker recipe
