I just had surgury for hernia, cycling off just Test E at 250 x2 a week. Wont be able to do shit for about a month and dont wany to blow the fuck up while i cant do anything in the gym

If I was not training at all I’d try my best to just stick to protein and veggies. U can throw in a little fats as well, but I’d definitely keep the carbs low
