keto diet advice barely still losing wiehgt making strength gains
i have been using a Keto diet for a few weeks know first i lost 20lbs in a week then 5 lbs the next week then 4lbs the next and 4lbs the next and not certain until tomorrow about this week is their anything i can do to speed up the fat loss i was thinking about a run of test increasing weight exercise and bringing cardio intensity to increase fat loss. Also does glycogen supercompensation help burn fat. i dont like it because it keeps me at lower ketone levels for 3 days thats less fat destroying potential

Damn dude, what more do you want? 3-4 lbs/ week weight loss is A LOT. I have been on keto a year now. Your weight loss will slow the closer you get to your ideal weight. This shit is a marathon, not a sprint.
Also, more info would be helpful. What are your stats? Goals?

More evidence keto works....effectively.
From what Ive seen after the first 20-30 it slows....u may be down to mostly sub q water, not sure without more info.

I think the first 20lbs you lost were most likely pure water weight. Now that you're completely depleted of carbs, the pace will be more gradual. Still need to track calories and eat in a deficit regardless of workouts. I would for sure add fasted cardio, hell even look into intermittent fasting AND keto if fat loss is your goal. Anyone will tell you continuously losing 3-4lbs/week probably isn't ideal - you're likely losing muscle, water, and a little fat. I lost 3lbs this week and I'm increasing my macros today. Wait till you have that cheat meal or two and instantly gain 15lbs back

During my weight loss experience I've learned the higher body fat percentage you have the better keto works= more weight loss. Where you start will dictate how much you lose a week. I'm on a fairly strict keto diet , 20-30 carbs. Once I started my cycle when I wasntt doing cardio I didn't lose any weight for month. I've lost 75 pounds over 6 months. Been doing cardio and lifting seriously a month and half. It was a lot easier on my body by first losing 50 pounds. Once I started working out started to eat more. Just felt better

I have lost over 40lbs in 7 weeks just about 6lbs a week 20lbs was the first week. i am losing around almost 1% body fat lower a week. i started to work out less often lost same amount of weight and fat. so i got busy snacked more one week didn't lose as much weight. still i did lose weight and fat. not certain how long it will take if my fat loss stays the same before i reach my fitness goals also i have single digit body fate %
