I have recently cut 3.5 carbs a day from my Keto diet of 65% fat 30% protein and 5% or less carbs daily. i eat 2560 calories a day fat loss diet with up to 7 days a week of exercise i don't add calories to exercise days i used to with really good results ilost 20lbs the first week and have been making strength gains.. the carbs i lowered where in breakfast i used to have 2 tblsp of salsa with eggs and bacon lately i have been frying my eggs same amount of bacon with cheese on the side. all the same ingredients before where mixed with scrambled eggs. i take 1tsp of Metamucil a day 4 carbs. i drink almond milk. i have been in a large amount of ketones testing at 80mg of ketones for weeks know i dont have any off days or cheat days where i eat carbs. I want to get back to 80mg of ketones today i tested at trace amounts only 5mg of ketones.
