50% protein is WAY too much man. Your body can only utilize so much protein the rest just gets passed through. Studies show your body can only process about 40g protein every 2 hours. Probably also why you feel so bloated.

1 to 1.5g protein per lb/ .4g fat min per lb bw. I make sure I get this in then tweak the rest. Fasting 8 to 8. I like to yo yo thru the week with calories per day and meeting a weekly goal
