I would tell my friend:

Dial that diet in.

Never to take t3.

Don’t go above 4iu hgh per day.

Split trt dose into half and take two days per week.

Eat clean, dial that diet in, eat higher protein, lower carbs. Dial that diet in.

Take the AI only because your bloodwork comes back with high range E.

Dial that diet in.

Don’t mess with Clen right now.

Dial that diet in....

That’s what I would tell my friend... if you’re not losing inches or pant sizes and your weight is staying the same, you’re in maintenance level caloric intake and need to drop it another 25%... depending what your job is like, how active you are on the daily, will determine your daily caloric needs...
