Just as the title states, I am living in a hotel at the moment. Not as one may think though, I travel doing environmental health and safety in construction. So during a project I stay in hotels.

Now, for those who may not know, here is what I have available in most hotel rooms. A fridge, microwave, sink. Not a lot to work with. And most newer hotels have the sprinkler system built into the rooms and no smoking is allowed at all, so if I cook on a hot plate or indoor grill, it will set off the sprinkler. Fast food is sometimes a have to, due to working long hours and trip to and from work etc. I can do cold meats and sandwiches. I have done canned chicken with rice you cook in the microwave, yet the chicken is super high in sodium. Buying a nice meal at night at a restaurant is sometimes an option, but that does not solve the breakfast / lunch issue.

Any advise and guidance which I can be given would be greatly appreciated. As diet is by far my largest issue and I am done slamming my head against a wall for easy meals which I don't have to cook.
